Affinity Dental was founded by Chuong Do, DDS and Nathan Ho, DDS with the vision of creating a dental practice that treats every patient with dignity and first-rate care. The staff at Affinity Dental are highly-trained and exceptionally friendly. We understand that for many, visiting a dentist can be a stressful experience. Chuong Do, DDS
Dr. Chuong Do was born in Vietnam in 1969. Near the end of Vietnam conflict, his family fled for the US and after a harrowing journey, ended up in Texas, sponsored by a church in Arlington.
The family moved to Grand Prairie, where he attended school--graduating from South Grand Prairie High School. He was captain of the tennis team and even earned scholarship offers, but chose the US Naval Academy for the prestige and honor of serving his country as a Naval Aviator.
After graduation from the Naval Academy, he began the Navy's flight training, eventually earning his "Wings" and flying the SH-60F Seahawk helicopter. He made several deployments to the Persian Gulf and has over 1000 flight hours, all in military aircraft. During shore duty as an officer recruiter in Lubbock, Dr. Do was able to complete a Masters of Business Administration degree from Texas Tech University.
Although selected for promotion to Lieutenant Commander, Dr. Do decided to resign his commission, and return to the Metroplex. His interest in Dentistry began when he befriended a dentist, who sparked his interest by opening his office to him. Soon thereafter, Dr. Do made application and was accepted to Baylor College of Dentistry.
Dr. Do made Dean's List each year while at Baylor, ultimately graduating in the top 10 percent of his class. He received several academic scholarships, and was selected by the faculty for the National Dental Honor Society. Dr. Do has experience in the latest advances in dentistry, including soft tissue lasers, implant and CAD/CAM restorations. He has taken advanced courses in Endodontics, Esthetics, Lumineers and CAD/CAM technologies. He never forgets that each patient deserves a measure of respect and dignity, while he strives to deliver world-class care and the most currently effective solutions in dentistry.
Dr. Do is married to his wife Tiffany, a pharmacist, and blessed with the beautiful twins, Braden and Caithlyn. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, staying fit, watching movies, and learning about the latest advances in dentistry.

Nathan Ho, DDS
Dr. Nathan Ho became interested in dentistry when he was a sophomore in high school, after his exposure to the dental field from volunteering in the dental clinic at the John Peter Smith Hospital and at numerous other dental clinics within his community in Arlington Texas where he grew up. He graduated a year early from James Bowie High School and attended the University of Texas at Arlington, where he received a Bachelor in Biology and a Minor in Biochemistry. With a strong desire to study dentistry, he applied and was accepted to Baylor College of Dentistry with a high academic and leadership scholarship. This was where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree.
Dr. Nathan Ho has a passion for dentistry. He always strives to treat each patient with personalized gentle care and to help his patients achieve optimal dental health, just like the way he would like to be treated. Dr. Nathan Ho's main focus is on comprehensive dental care. He has attended in many advance implant trainings, and has completed the Premeire Orthodontic Program. He continuously strives to stay abreast of the latest procedures and technologies in the dental field to provide his patients with the highest quality care available.
Currently, Dr. Nathan Ho is married to his wife Quyen Le, an accountant. He is a lifetime member of the American Orthodontic Society. In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies, working out, singing and learning about the latest advances in dentistry.

Kha Vo, DDS
Dr. Kha Vo is a native of South Vietnam who now claims Texas as his home. After spending three years in the "New Economic Zone", a forced labor camp, in 1981 he escaped from the Communist Vietnamese and immigrated to the U.S by himself at the age of 17. While staying with his sister's family, Dr. Vo completed high school in Garland, TX. He won a mathematics scholarship to BaylorUniversity where he was a member of the prize-winning Baylor Math Team. Dr. Vo was also a member of Gamma Beta Phi Honor Society and Alpha Epsilon Delta (Pre-medical/Pre-dental Honor Society). He received his B.S in Math from Baylor in 1986. Dr. Vo was awarded the Dr. Robert B. Clayton Memorial Award for Outstanding Senior Dental Student at the University of Texas Health Science in San Antonio where he received a D.D.S in 1990. He came onto active duty as a Captain in the US Army Dental Corps subsequent to completing dental school. After his last assignment as Commander, Dental Activity, NationalTrainingCenter, Fort Irwin, CA; COL Vo retired from the Army Sept 30, 2012.
Dr. Vo completed a one-year Army Residency in Advance Education in General Dentistry at Fort Carson, Colorado, and a two-year Air Force Residency in Comprehensive Dentistry at Keesler AFB in Biloxi, Mississippi. He also earned a M.B.A from Touro (with a 4.0 GPA). Awards and decorations that Dr. Vo has received include the Legion of Merit, Meritorious Service Medal (3) and Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal. He also has been honored with the Order of Military Medical Merit.
Dr. Vo is diplomate of both the Federal Services and American Boards of General Dentistry. He is a member of American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry (Mastership), Association of Military Surgeons of the United States, Academy of Implant Dentistry and American Orthodontic Society.
Dr. Vo and his wife Dai have a daughter, Margaret (13) and a son, Albert (10). Dai Tran Vo, M.D. is a board certified internal medicine physician at VA outpatient clinic in Fort Worth. After retire from active duty, Dr. Vo has joined Affinity Dental Practice as a part-time staff dentist.
